If you are not completely happy with your purchase please contact us within 90 days of receipt of your item(s) and we will look into your query immediately.

If your item is damaged in transit or we have made an error with the order we will send a replacement straight away or a full refund if that is was you prefer.  Please email photographs of the damage including the packaging to contact@giftsfinder.co.uk and we will prioritise the replacement of your order or refund within 3 business days. 

Refunds for personalised gifts
If you are ordering personalised gifts, please ensure that all personalisation is correct before submitting your order, as we cannot replace or refund any incorrect or mispelt orders.

Once your order is placed and the item has been processed for personalisation you will be committed to the order and will not be able to return the item due to the customised nature of the products we offer since they cannot be resold.
